Meet Brooke

Brooke grew up incredibly active. From softball, lacrosse, soccer, swimming to dancing, cheerleading and gymnastics, Brooke found a love for movement early on.

Throughout the years however, Brooke found herself constantly injured in every imaginable way. After a serious car accident in college, Brooke finally had to slow down and learn how to completely start over physically.

Through years of physical therapy and rehabilitation (and sheer stubbornness) Brooke found her way back to her feet (literally) and slowly but surely found herself falling in love with movement in an entirely new way. Learning how her body worked most efficiently and how to prevent injury through proper training, Brooke decided she wanted to help as many people as possible learn to use and love their bodies in the same way she had.

Brooke is a certified health professional through the American Council on Exercise and a 200 Hour Registered Therapeutic Yoga Teacher with a focus in trauma response and looks forward to helping you every step of the way on your journey to your very best self.
